Title I The Title I program offers elective courses in the areas of reading/writing and math to help students prepare for the Basic Skills Test and the Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment IIs, as well as help develop the skills that students need for the more rigorous classes high school has to offer. Students are targeted for these classes based on standardized test scores, tests administered within Humboldt Senior High School, and teacher recommendations.
