The Humboldt Media Center is in the heart of Humboldt Senior High School. It offers an array of both non-fiction and fiction books.
The Media Center is also home to a computer lab. Teachers utilize this resource with online research. Their students
can do projects that include such activities as reviewing population statistics to planning career choices.
Students are also encouraged to read for pleasure. The library is working in building its fiction collection. An Accelerated Reader program
is being developed for use by the teachers in supporting their students’ reading.
Whether it is looking at an Encyclopedia, or researching the census on-line, students find the Media Center as a great resource in their learning careers at Humboldt.
