Over the past 25 years Humboldt French students have benefitted through participation in activities with our annual French Amity Intern.  The French Amity Interns are French college students who are interested in improving their English skills and in learning about the American educational system.  They spend the school year (hosted by a Humboldt family) and work cooperatively with Madame Hopen to offer current and individualized instruction.

AMITY HOST FAMILIES
Our Amity Interns are hosted by volunteer families who are interested in opening their home to a French person to share their family life during the school year. Typically the Amity Intern arrives in late August and stays until the middle of June. We have had families host for one semester and for the whole academic year. If you are interested in volunteering for this experience, please contact Madame Hopen.
