Current News in JROTC
JROTC is excited to start a new school year. With lots of brand new cadets, motivated to make this school year worth the  hard work. As JROTC continues to work hard on making their cadets leaders, they also continue to work hard on such things as: Community Service, School Service, (Like presenting their Color Guard Team at some of the school's games and events)practicing after school with their other teams such as Physical Traing, Quiz Bowl, and Orientiring. Later in the year, the cadets will once again be working with Public Achievement and Junior Achievement; but also continue to work hard as they get ready for their Formal Brigade Inspection. We look forward to making this year the best! HOOAH!

One of the newest updates in JROTC is the Miltary Ball that is planned to be on the 27th of February 2010. Our hopes for this ball is to have many Humboldt cadets and seniors in attendance. So far we have a lot of interest and it should end up being one of the most promising balls yet.

For all cadets, family, and staff interested in supporting our cadets going to the 2009 Devil Dog Competion. It will be hosted at Como Park on the 31st of October. There will be a Color Guard, Quiz Bowl, Physical Training, Orienteering, and knock out drill. We hope to see you all there!

Be sure to meet our wonderful First Sergeant who is new in the 2009-2010 school year.
